Eligibility

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 4 days of delivery.
  

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made items, including original digital illustrations, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  
  

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@mezrad.om with a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away, at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

If you choose to return or exchange an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our office.
